I am an experienced piano tuner/technician, with over 21 years of full time in-home and concert prep work.  I am a graduate of the prestigious North Bennet Street School, and a former employee of the the Boston Symphony Orchestra and the Baldwin Company at Tanglewood, the summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, and the site of world reknowned summer programs for aspiring concert artists.

I am a field expert in Dampp Chaser installation, the premier humidity control system for pianos, and consult on proper humidity control for all home and institutional settings, whether specifically for the piano, for the room, or for the whole building.

It is my pleasure to offer a variety of tuning temperaments, besides equal temperament, for those who wish to experience more of what the composers of the Baroque, Classical and Romantic piano literature had in mind when they wrote their works.  I am delighted to give more information on what tunings might enhance your playing preferences.

My husband, Bob Cassidy, (also a graduate of North Bennet Street, and a Registered Craftsman of the Piano Technician's Guild) and I are experienced in rebuilding Steinways, Mason and Hamlins, and other fine pianos from the golden years of American piano production.  We also offer quality used refurbished and rebuilt pianos from our workshop in Acton, Massachusetts.
